Great leadership: The CEO, John, is a thoughtful and creative leader. He respects, values, and listens to his team while giving us guidance and the tools we need to be successful. ( no micro-managing- lots of trust and respect!) Flat org: The team is super horizontal- which gives way to a lot of great collaboration and teamwork. Drama-free: My co-workers are all hardworking, talented, and kind. Definitely a drama-free workspace. We like to do good work, have fun along the way, and stress less!
