      Everyone at NextLeft takes great pride in the work that they do for their clients and I'm honestly incredibly grateful to be a part of a team that I am excited to work with daily. It has been a breath of fresh air to join a culture that is so open and values the happiness and growth of all employees. I constantly feel the support of the entire team - from fellow account executives, to my manager, all the way up to our CEO. NextLeft is a family and I couldn't be happier to be a part of it.

      One of the only cons at the moment is our growth rate. We have been taking on new clients faster than we are able to hire at times. However, this is a great problem to have and to be expected at a company in a growth phase.

      Mentor is excellent. Process is very easy to complete sets of tasks. Commission can be rewarding.

      Everything is handled through chatting. You are not able to communicate with a real person. This causes issues when customer service is not clear in their instructions causing the employee to have to temporarily invest his/her funds by purchasing crypto. When hitting combos, this causes an employee to invest his own funds to get his/her account out of a negative balance. The majority of the time it amounts to thousands. If you are rich with a lot of funds, BE VERY CAUTIOUS. It can bankrupt you. As long as your account is in a negative they hold funds.
