Salary offered is consist of many components that are very much disappointing, No proper communication between Project leads and developers, Less increment, Bonus is what they deduct from your salary only and return you after illogical review system , No scope of Grade promotion as seniors are fixed to their positions from years.No documentation of requirments lots of chaos if any code breaks.HR is disgusting even though she give you confirmation on email then to she can't fulfill that and put blame on Managers as usual. so be clear and aware of here.HR Dept is most useless thing in this firm
