While revenue is of course a priority for us because it funds our mission, everything we do at NextUp is in service to Advancing All Women, and we are dedicated to the culture transformation required to help all employees thrive. We take any allegation of bullying and overwork very seriously, and hope you will be willing to bring your concerns to management so we may address them. We are currently hiring for an HR leader as part of our commitment to supporting our employees and expansion of our team. This individual is expected to be hired soon, and when they are, we very much hope you will bring your concerns directly to them.
