Work/life balance is absolutely a priority for us as an organization, and with the hiring of our new HR leader, we are currently in the process of clarifying promotion policies for all employees, which will be published soon. We ask that you bring any concerns you have on these points directly to our new HR head, your direct manager, or another leader you feel comfortable speaking about this with. We hope to hear from you!
