Despite the kindness of everyone, some questionable business decisions just irked me during my time there. Most notably, the push to return to office despite teams being multinational and frequently in different countries. There was little point to it. Also, this company went 20+ years before needing to perform their first layoff. Although I can no longer claim they are completely safe from layoffs, they do do their best to avoid it.
