- Leaves is just an illusion. When it comes to taking annual leaves the managers will try their best to stop you from going because the client is like their father and they don't want to disappoint him. Sometimes it happens even if the employee has his genuine reasons too. - The managers get too personal with you and when you ask for a leave (in case you are attached to a team) they will ask you personal questions on the whole situation and then decide by themselves if you really need a leave or not. - In COVID-19 they ceased all the benefits (PF, annual leave encasement etc.) and they have not resumed them till now. Too many employees left with 5-8 leaves in their quota and they didn't get the leave encashment. - Managers are like school headmasters and you will be accounted for your seat availability and mobile phone usage even if you are attached to a team, YES! - They feel bad when there comes to employee appreciation and the managers are always looking for your weak points. If there is no weak point found they will ruin your annual review by putting in some kind of really stupid and weird statement to stop you from getting a good salary raise (mostly on your seat availability and phone calls). - They pay very low salaries as compared to market. Almost 9 employees left the .NET department due to their narrow minded, non-competitive, in-capable managers and low salary. Those employees got up to 80% salary raise in next companies and no surveillance on phone calls/seat availability (I got 60% raise in the next company). - Work life balance in .NET hall is mostly disturbed. Mainly due to managers otherwise due to client. Its your luck if your client is good and ethical otherwise NXB is like a hell.
