I have really enjoyed my time working at Nextech. The company offers great benefits and meaningful recognition, which makes me, and other employees feel valued and appreciated. You can tell that Nextech genuinely cares about its employees and creates a supportive environment where people can grow and succeed. Management is approachable and consistently provides the guidance and support needed to feel confident and successful in your role.

Not really a con, but succeeding and growing here does require a strong work ethic. If you’re willing to put in the effort, you’ll absolutely see the results. Overall, this truly is a great company to be part of.

I cannot list one pro about this employer.

Everything at Nextech was negative, nothing positive. I was bullied and treated so unjustly by management from day one on this job. It was a very hostile work environment with zero support from management, only constant intimidation, yelling, and criticism, and no appreciation for anything I did. There was a LOT of dishonesty with management. Someone higher up desperately needs to look into the abusive practices and misconduct this management directs towards certain employees they see as a target for their bullying. Bullying should not be allowed by anyone on the job, and especially by management. You do not want to work for this poor management. Something is very seriously going on here, and it isn't good. I wasn't the first one this happened to.
