The culture has become increasingly sales-driven, often at the expense of employees and the client experience. Decisions feel reactive rather than strategic. Pay and benefits lag behind comparable companies, and there’s little sense of investment in employee growth or well-being. Overall, it’s not an environment where most people will feel supported or set up for success
