Human Resources either powerless or useless to listen and act upon warnings or complaints from employees
Short sighted mentality of the long term picture (probably solved now that they are swallowed up by a big fish)
Hardware given to clients is outdated and underpowered
Resources available to employees is generations behind the current trend
Leadership is more interested on playing Foosball, Ping-Pong or Table Hockey than reaching out to find out how to improve employee satisfaction.
