      - Loved the work environment, no pressure and goal oriented. The coworkers were really nice. - Lots of interesting projects to work on, sometimes very ambitious.

      - Since the company was relatively new there wasn't a "developer culture" or a well structured way of work. But I guess this comes with time.

      A lot of research and development projects connected to cutting edge NLP and deep learning, a lot of freedom to control their schedule research . Almost no extra working time which is more than 40 hours per week is consumed.

      Svantaggi

      No solid project & product management by a proper PM and PO and less collaboration between sales team and engineering team.
