Nette Arbeitsatmosphäre, gute Entwicklung der Firma nach Führungswechseln. Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung und wenig unnötige Bürokratie. Kein Micromanaging aber trotzdem, sich entwickelnde und besser werdende, standartisierte Workflows. Sehr viel know-how und teils extrem kompetente Mitarbeiter von denen man lernen kann.

Firmenpolitik ist oft un-transparent, und bestimmt teils wirklich die Entwicklung mancher guter Mitarbeiter zu sehr. Bezahlung ist etwas wünschenswert aber relativ fair. (Gibt Begründungen, Verhandlungen, Feedback etc.)
