Nexxus looks out for the individuals who work for them, they promote from within and try to keep a Team spirit through contests and positive feedback.

Needs a 401K or a way to help employees save for the future, other than that, I have found no cons.

Executive management is top notch, caring, generous and works hard to provide the best possible company for their employees to work for. Their heart is their company and it shows!

Health Benefits are corporate owner responsibility (Worley Claims) and needs some work but at least there are health benefits - a retirement plan would be great currently there are not retirement benefits
