R&D Compliance is mostly a support Org, where Engineers & Managers are hired under the name of R&D Engineer, but they mostly end up doing support work and fixing bugs for the legacy product which are moved from other locations in NICE. Please include this expectation in the Job Description, so that the Technical Managers taking up the assignments are aware and can make an informed decision.
