Why do I continue to work here? - Recensione dipendente - Technology Manager presso NiSource

IT is falling apart, new CIO and reorg just announced, same leaders and directors in place that were here 5+ years ago, so no real change. Directors just fight over kingdom and not working to move forward and resolve issues. Just moving people around, just to move them. Continued to outsource with no real leadership working to fix issues.
