Not a lot of visible corporate sponsorship of community events... rarely see NiSource or even Columbia Gas of Ohio listed as corporate sponsors. Easy to get pigeonholed into one area. You can find a lot of people here who have done the same thing for years. Outdated business practices and HR policies in comparison to other Fortune 500 companies have worked for. Making changes, but very slow to evolve...near retirement employees appear very resistant to change. Could use a little more diversity.
