Thank you for sharing this and appreciate your feedback here. You're absolutely right that work-life balance challenges have existed in the company and are still present in parts. Interestingly, we closed our employee survey last week and saw that we've improved work-life balance YoY (2 out of 3 questions on work-life balance showed improvement of 9+ points each). Over the past year, we've launched the "recovery day" program, tripled the employee population, and in Q2 piloted the "no meeting" block on Wednesday, to name a few actions. We also have a large investment in management training going on now. I agree with the idea of doing more post-mortems on launches. I've personally sat in one recently and found it helpful and we have another planned for next week. I believe we very likely struggled with all of this during your tenure and it's clear we need to improve - in some areas, now, more than others.
