I can’t think of the pros aside from free bakery products

-expectation to be available to answer questions 24/7 -0 work life balance , even though management have kids, they can’t seem to wrap around the fact you have kids also -warehouse is mostly under the table paid agency immigrant workers s - they’re like a “family” -heavy in nepotism -they don’t believe in germs so good luck when a next pandemic hits -great at utilizing you and then dismissing you -hard to book time off

There is nothing as a pro there, especially if u enter the warehouse, everything is toxic.

NO moral support, no training, no educated manager in the warehouse.
