Salary - Recensione dipendente - CSA - Customer Service Associate presso Niftel Communications

Working at Niftel Communication Pvt Limited has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career, the salary structure is below industry standard and often salaries are delayed with no proper benefits like provident fund or paid leaves which makes it hard for employees to feel secure, management treats staff like machines with no empathy and the culture is toxic where team leaders are unsupportive and employees are constantly threatened with termination for even the smallest mistakes, there is no real HR support so whenever employees face issues there is nobody to turn to, the work hours are long with forced overtime and rotating shifts that do not take into account personal circumstances making work life balance impossible, appreciation and recognition are missing and even when someone performs well their effort goes unnoticed, favoritism is very obvious since managers openly prefer female employees they personally like and those employees end up with promotions while others are overlooked regardless of performance, another unethical practice is that employees who provide all required documents still face problems and the company has a habit of absconding people which is extremely unfair, overall there is no professionalism no security no growth and no respect and the environment leaves employees feeling demotivated undervalued and exploited

I would like to bring notice clearly about the company and the client @swiggy that due to internal dirty politics this company at kolkata is loosing employee

It was providing work from home

Very bad management. Salary deduction for no reasons. Midweek shift change without any prior notice. Immense mental pressure for meeting kpi.
