      The air con works? Nice offices

      Modern sleek offices, clearly designed to project an image of a successful business. Once you are inside, it is a boiler room environment. Terrible communication from all managers who throw people under the bus at the first chance. Was legitimately the worst job I've had, looking back was happy they let me go because it now allowed me to flourish in a different sector.

      Our people who succeed with us enjoy our culture of teamworking, service excellence, competitiveness and integrity. We don't compromise on these. It's interesting that you comment on a 'boiler room' environment because in our latest staff survey, our people scored our approach to flexible/hybrid working as 9.6 out of 10. Demonstrating that everyone is loving how we treat staff with openness and trust to perform in their roles. Which they are.

      We have not employed any chefs in the UK or USA so, without knowing your name, we are unsure if you've made this post for the correct business. That said, we do offer flexible working and home working has become the norm for many in our business. Our salaries and bonus structure is competitively structured and we have a clear career structure which is weighted towards personal performance and alignment with our values.
