The majority of positive reviews are anonymous and tend to appear immediately after candid negative feedback, which strongly suggests review manipulation. The company suffers from a fundamental absence of effective leadership, compounded by a pervasive boys’ club culture that consistently marginalizes and disrespects women. Ask during your interview how many women they have in leadership roles, it’s zero! The entire C-suite lacks prior leadership experience, which is evident in their limited understanding of how to run and scale an effective organization. The sales function is equally dysfunctional: top-performing Account Executives have departed, remaining reps are not held accountable, and sales targets are routinely missed without consequence. This environment has fostered a culture of fear that discourages transparency, feedback, and constructive disagreement. There is little to no accountability for managers or executives who treat staff disrespectfully, and the organization operates without defined processes—decisions are reactive, improvised, and frequently repeated due to a lack of structure. Layoffs and quiet firing happen frequently with absolutely zero transparency, your co-workers will just stop showing up on slack and they won’t mention anything about it.
