No Cons, Nikon has been a great company to work for.

Decent health insurance. Challenging job.

No one cares. Japanese first mentality. Management just going through the motions and doesn’t care about boots on the ground. Middle management too worried about keeping their jobs and impressing upper management, workers get the shaft. Total woke culture. More important for DEI hires than quality people.
