      Same things as in every retail store I've worked in: minimum wage, you can't really use provided health services except for to get flu leave, pays little but you have to excel

      There is absolutely no pros here

      No benefits, toxic culture, no growing, HQ gladly cut hours on employees and increase workload on the remaining. They don't know the value of their employees therefore customer satisfaction is low ad that's why the company is doing really bad. I don't recommend working here at all!
