During my time at Nimble, I’ve gained valuable experience and exposure to projects I likely wouldn’t have had the chance to work on at a larger company. The people here are passionate — not only about their roles, but also about the company’s mission as a whole. I’ve really enjoyed working on smaller teams where there’s transparency, collaboration, and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions.

While Nimble has potential to be a great company, the executive team often lacks empathy. Employees are expected to “think and act like an owner” without the compensation, balance, or support that should come with it. There’s a noticeable inconsistency in how employees are treated across different offices, and it can feel like certain individuals are protected or rewarded based on relationships rather than performance. Work-life balance is a serious issue. Despite repeated feedback, the burden of managing burnout is placed on employees rather than the company making structural changes to workloads. While small teams can achieve a lot, under-supporting them and then expecting a positive attitude about unrealistic workloads isn’t sustainable. Raises are minimal and don’t keep pace with inflation, which, paired with the expectation to overextend year after year, contributes to turnover. Long-tenured, dedicated employees continue to leave due to the lack of recognition and appreciation for their contributions.and loyalty.

The office gets free lunch. Coworkers (apart from management and executives) are all a pleasure to work with.

-very toxic work environment. constant changes to the company, clients are sold on lies. -very high turnover rate, I can’t tell you how many people have come and go in my time here at the company. -leadership lacks accountability for their mistakes, they’d rather play the blame game -there is no support for employees who work directly with clients, you are thrown under the bus and get reprimanded if you try to speak up for yourself -if you speak up when things are wrong, you get a target put on your back. -the CEO has a bunch of yes men afraid to speak up to him when bad decisions are made -no effort to actually grow your career here is made on the company’s end
