      - Not a completely 5 day working company. - While switching technology you don't get enough time to learn, they make you work on live projects directly and you end up scrambling a whole project without enough knowledge.

Career growth structure was not always clearly defined. Recent market slowdown affected project pipeline and resulted in layoffs.
