As an AI solutions company, it was surprising to experience a recruitment process that felt highly automated yet poorly managed. My application remained without feedback for over a month, followed by automated rejection messages — including a duplicate rejection for the same role. For a company focused on building intelligent systems, the inability to manage a basic hiring workflow or provide timely human communication stood out in a negative way. The process felt disconnected from the values and technical sophistication the company promotes externally.
