Ninga Digital Innovations, is a newly formed company, but unfortunately, it lacks professionalism and proper structure. There are no facilities, no proper HR, and no management practices that reflect an understanding of modern office culture. The salary is extremely poor, and increments are minimal (often only 1,000–3,000 BDT), which is lower than many blue-collar sectors. Despite promising to follow Japanese workdays and holidays, the company does not provide the full set of Japanese holidays nor the mandatory Bangladeshi ones. Basic documentation processes are missing — they don’t even have proper official seals or signatures for documents. The office itself feels neglected, as it still has stickers and remnants from the previous tenant. There are no senior professionals to guide or mentor, so career growth is nearly impossible. The Japanese project managers and staff leading the work are not adequately qualified, which affects project quality and learning opportunities. There are no bonuses, no benefits, and no real employee support. Overall, this company offers neither financial security nor professional development. Advice: If you are serious about your career, I strongly recommend looking for opportunities in other companies that provide proper structure, growth, and fair compensation.

Salary increments are not based on performance, with a maximum of 3500 BDT. In some cases, increments are denied without providing employees with a proper reason or report for the decision. 4. Rules and policies are changed anytime as per management’s convenience, without consulting employees, and even management is not consistent in following their own rules. 5. Promised benefits during hiring (leave, bonuses, etc.) were not actually given. 6. Power harassment exists through biased treatment and misuse of authority by local team managers and HR.
