I felt a lot of pressure to use ai according to their ai policy. I was not able to be as creative because they were very AI forward

- The work environment used to be enjoyable before the mass layoffs, mainly because of the people who worked there rather than any effort from the company itself. - They offer remote work, but it's not as if they could offer an in-office alternative.

- The company has been in decline for several years. Recently, there have been mass layoffs, all because the employers are betting on AI technology. - The employees who were laid off did not receive the complete severance pay they were entitled to. - No career growth and low wages. - Management is incompetent; when they make mistakes, it's the employees who pay the price. Pretty ironic because one of the company's core values is “Extreme ownership,” but apparently, this only applies to the employees. - There is no transparency.
