Friendly people, great leadership team, fun and engaging company culture

Lots of changes, but that is expected in the fintech world. I don't mind because seeing the growth is rewarding to be part of.

Most of the same level colleagues are personable. Regular breaks that were clocked.

It seems once the entry level employees get a promotion to a team leader some type of supervisory role, if you're not in your young twenties they don't understand you. And that's not good because they will report they cannot talk to you even though verbal communication is what we were all hired to do. Always posting for the same position every few months it's just lots of turnover and everyone has seen it, don't know if it's changed cuz I was walked out the door when I got released. And that was in less than 3 months.
