- supportive, hard working, and personable managers in all departments. Overall great management - hours are so nice, most of us worked 7:30-4 - lot of autonomy, which I view as a pro - great benefits and pay for the job - everyone here is truly incredible. From all the managers, team leads, the VPs, the CEO, etc. everyone is so genuine and they truly put their employees first. I always felt supported and cared for

The only con I think of is maybe the possibility of not liking the actual work. It’s mostly customer service mixed with account management and very minor selling (more so up-selling). If you don’t like that, then you won’t like the job. But it was easy once you got into the swing of things
