Nintex Melbourne had a great culture . HR and other employees made the workplace very welcoming and friendly. Work used to be properly thought out and accomplished by professional teams. Work life balance and flexibility used to be good. Managers used to behave respectfully towards each other and most of them still do.

Unacceptable bullying behavior from director level in Melbourne. Micromanaging and totally not adhering agile, as claimed during interview. Unprofessional decisions due to over promising and forcing teams to pivot unreasonably. Micromanaging has become so regular that its accepted. Absolute favoritism at director / manager level. Inappropriate megalomaniac behavior at director level is not being cautioned or stopped. Piling work on employees without appropriate benefits in return. Loss of team members due to redundancy and team is over worked by the said director to deliver on vague goals. Lot of turn over and loss of capable and performing employees. Disrespecting / Ignoring professional opinion due to unreal timelines.
