A good thing that Nintex has going for them is that they enable learning and foster a learning environment. Certifications etc I would say the company culture, but that has changed so much I dont recognize this company anymore.
Svantaggi
After many years of "sticking with it", and "trying" I will be adding an honest and yes emotional review. I love the company and the product. But I think right now the company and products are strangers to me, as this is not who and what I grew to love. - They say they pay market rates. But if you have been working there for many years. Or come from a company they purchased. If you are on a low salary they dont level you and you also dont get hardly any increases at all. Fellow colleagues get roughly 40-50% of market rate. Using "cheap" regions to try justify themselves and even then they pay half that regions market rate. 1/8th of the US market rate. Basically cheap labor and even then they are cheaping out in the cheap region. It is honestly sickening. - They hide behind their 3 core tenets, and never follow them internally in the company. Hurry up and wait is a phrase often said in Nintex, they don't honor commitments from SLT, and they don't treat their employees with respect and consideration outside of the US. They force US culture and if you don't like it you are wrong. - You are extremely overworked in some departments. To the extent where they keep "retrenching" and work load literally has doubled. With some engineers working 12-16 hours just to get to everything. But are told according to a spreadsheet they have capacity. But SLT doesn't understand the technicality at all and bench different products exactly the same without understanding. (because they let the people go that actually has that level of understanding) - Each Exec seems to have his/her own direction that is pulling the company apart - They keep holding the threat of retrenchment over the heads of employees saying that the world is going through a lot and that they should be happy they have a work. Otherwise next quarter they could be retrenched. - The company spends stupid money on things that don't matter at all. But retrench people for a fraction of the frivolous spending. Wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on luxuries for sales, but cut departments for a fraction of the cost in cheaper departments and regions. - They let people go, or don't keep the people that are actually trying to keep the company afloat. So many directors and managers that actually know what they are doing have left the company recently. It feels the wrong people are leaving and we aren't keeping the people that actually matter. - 0 actual career opportunities over the past 5 years. Very stagnant and stale even though they try and hide behind HR talk again to justify themselves. But we lose all the people with the actual knowledge of our software, but promote people that just talk but don't know what they are saying. - Finally I have spoken to 1 manager and 1 director that has left the company in the past 12 months. These 2 individuals I feel where business critical to the company and since they have left everything has started going downhill. They have both said they weren't even counter offered, or asked to stay, or even having a formal discussion about the reasons they are leaving to fix the issues they have been fighting for for the past few years. Our whole team knows why one of them left and we feel he was the last person fighting for us at a high level. We will likely be leaving soon too.
