Company is run by expats who have no idea of Australian law or regulations, western ideas of management and have never been in such positions before. They are managed by HQ, receive no training and are struggling to make any decisions. They stay in their roles 1-3 years and even if they are sent back, the news ones are hardly any better. Nepotism, incompetence, unethical business practices - it all comes from the top. Very low morale, culture of cover up and deflection, hiding instead of addressing issues, no commercial or business acumen.
