Very fast moving and at times the changes aren't widely known before being implemented, broad range of pay on the BD team, goals have exponentially increased quarter over quarter while total on target earnings remain the same,

Great benefits and salary, amazing co-workers, flexible/remote positions, innovative, opportunity to contribute towards building claims department, destined for success, HR department is full of wonderful associates.

Start up culture, lack of formal structure and training, still working on the foundation of the claims department, company needs more female leaders. Head of HR is the opposite of kind.
