Compensation is not great compared to others in the tech industry. Other Benefits are given without a hesitation.

Sheer strength and technology capabilities of its founder Sanjay Shankar. It is a pleasure to watch him at client meetings - demonstrating his understanding and prowess in digital/ technology space. A great learning opportunity for industry seniors like me, as well as rookies.

Young & inexperienced team does not seem to value the experience & digital capabilities of the firm. Too bad for them
