Everyone is very helpful whether it is another engineering team or a workshop technician, the company culture makes for a inclusive work environment that motivated me to ask questions, learn from everyone and feel involved in making an impact towards the company's short and long term goals. Location of R&D center is not ideal if you don't want to live in milton keynes. For young employees it can be daunting to see that most people have been at Nissan for 25+ years. Outdated filing systems lead to a high amount of time used to search for information and retrieving data. G2B is not intuitive for the recent generations of engineers and should be overhauled - at least for the european work force.
