Sad place - Recensione dipendente - Information Technology presso Nissan

It is a sad place. On my first day I spent around 3 hours and $30 dollars on cleaning products as my desk was really dirty. Then you see the sad faces of miserable people wearing scarves because even the temperature is set to cold. You can tell how many years someone has served by looking at their faces. Management is old fashioned and flexibility is zero. IT uses software from the 70s and the people will barely share any information with you because they feel threatened. The worst part is that they still believe they are state of the art and won’t accept any ideas specially if you are a new comer. Good people with people skills and good knowledge won’t last a year there. I resigned without having anything secured but found a job in a great company, with better salary, great building, amazing people and higher salary. I even have a window and sunlight enters the place.
