Needed to leave this for access, but great company and people. Overall amazing place to work

Nothing of note for me

The culture and team environment is great. The work ethic and professionalism exhibited by the teams who support the sales organization is fantastic, absolutely top-notch. The sales management team expects a strong work ethic and they set a high standard for performance. This is not the place to try and coast along but it is a great environment for a driven sales professional who is focused on exceeding performance metrics.

There are some kinks that need to be worked out with regard to validation process for pricing/serviceability but the agility and responsiveness of the pricing team help to compensate for the added complexity. It would benefit the sales organization to implement a more directed prospecting approach along with some sort of lead generation apparatus.
