The internal environment can be extremely challenging. Leadership alignment is inconsistent, and decision-making often feels reactive rather than strategic. There is a noticeable lack of structured processes, which means a lot of firefighting instead of long-term planning. Management support is unreliable — in difficult situations, especially escalations or internal conflicts, you may find yourself on your own rather than backed by leadership. This creates a culture where accountability isn’t always evenly distributed, and narratives can be shaped without full context. Workload is high and often unrealistic. Handling 60–70 clients at once while being expected to deliver high-quality, personalized outcomes is not sustainable long-term. Burnout is a real risk here.
