I havent seen anything positive about this company....The only thin gi would say is they are the biggest fraudsters in the US. They dont pay well and the marketing is at its worst...They have a useless team in offshore and 1 resource here...The guy who owns this works as a contractor at some company and is least bothered about placing the employees. I wouldnt advice this company and i have been on bench almost all of my OPT. Once they place u they will not pay you every month or even if they pay u wouldnt receive the complete pay..U call them about it and the answer u receive is" Calculation mistake" I wonder how calculation mistakes happen everymonth to every employee and why always less amount..I wondered if i would receive extra amount by mistake atlease once..But never happened...

Everything about this comoany is Cons..NO PRO's at all..They are least bothered about the employees and their future and all they need is their money...

Nivasoft has always been a demand driven company and not a supply driven body shop. We had worked with largest of the clients directly including the likes of Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Anthem Healthcare and more. The pay scale for any employee would be compliant with labor policies and agreements. Being in existence since 2014, Nivasoft had employees that completed tenure of 7-10 years before moving on which is not possible when you are hostile to your employees. Our skill development programs were only focused on demand and not to create supply.
