I feel empowered to use my technical skills to improve Nlets. My workflow is not restrictive to specific tasks. They really trust and rely on me to be the expert in my area. Nlets is a relatively small group of employees. As a result, opportunities for upward mobility are currently limited. Unless you get lucky, the position you are hired for is likely the position you will be in for a while.
