no clarity is provided while joining the company It is very unorganized and very unprofessional Pay cut policy is told once you join this organization which is done from your fixed pay You are only expected to give numbers but efforts are not recognized They put penalty points for everything and cut the same from your incentives In short wouldn't recommend
