I worked here as a software engineer. The team was small, initially there was nothing in place as I started from scratch for the project. Over time I contributed to getting everything in place. I followed the escalation process and informed the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) explaining the situation and providing all the details well documented showing all the efforts I have contributed to the company so far, he initially acknowledged but he was playing behind and supported the manager. They moved all my contributions to my colleague's name who did not contribute much (facts were provided in the documentation), one fine day they just called me and informed me that I was fired.
