Attendance - too rigid for that kind of company Lack of organization on certain levels. The AC here is very bad, as it is always cold in our offices. It is not ok to work under 22 degrees temperature; mainly in summer, the difference of temperature is very big and it is not healthy. It is not possible/normal to work with the hood on your head, a wool blanket on your legs or all over you, a sweater during summer... Mandatory leave between Christmas and NYE, even if I have no plans, I am obliged to keep a few days for that period. Some requirements from people from the upper managements are a bit unrealistic.
