Nobis has a very positive work environment and takes a great deal of interest in their employees. In addition to the great salary and benefits package, there's unlimited free gourmet coffees and teas available for everyone, and sometimes they'll even order take out for the entire office. Work environment is very laid back but the company is staffed with very bright people who are very motivated to do a good job. All in all, a great place to be.

I wish the coffee maker was just a little bit bigger so that I could fit my travel mug underneath.
