Noblis needs to pay attention to how overtly nurturing it has become toward social climbing and politics. With its many employees having many degrees, the company often suffers from an illegitimately large ego and many employees demonstrate this daily through belittling behaviors. The CEO's name is a moniker and weapon used frequently by some to instill a sense of somberness when something is needed. Frequently, far too frequently, college graduates with little real business experience are given the power to direct business decisions far greater than they're capable of handling.
