Brand: The fifth most vauable barnd is still a benchmark in terms of organization and processes within. You get recognized outside well if you are from Nokia. Flexibility: Easy work times, one can manage his personal and professional life well in Nokia. Learnings: Great place to learn. It has a history of successes and each can be a worthy case study. Opportunities to advance career: Performers are rewarded well in terms of career path and movement upwards in the organization or in geographies.

Salary: The salary is a pity. Pathetic to put it the other way. The slaries drawn in Nokia an x level = salaries drawn in competing companies in x-2 levels. No transparency in remmuneration (a junior employee can earn more than a mid senior manager): A management trainee can earn more than a 4 years old professional in the company. Not exactly seet for the mid level manager. Company culture is risk averse: Nokia has goofed up in its foray into internet services. It still is investing but the organization is too huge to learn new tricks and accomodate change.
