Too many people/teams doing the same thing * Services division in Nokia Bangalore functions like a outsourced unit * Nokia R&D presence in India is more than 3 years old, Yet, Services Bangalore team is still trying to prove themselves to the Nokia big heads in Finland, UK and US * Absolute disregard to experienced professionals. * Absolutely no discipline/science in assigning grades to people * Too many people spending too much time working on too trivial projects * Nokia as a brand seems to be too slow in catching up competition.
