Nokia Siemens Networks came into existence only few year back earlier it was Com Division of Siemens and Com division of Nokia, I was part of Com Division of Siemens which was Siemens Communication Software it was one of the best places to work in India(although its existence in India was less) approach to work from every individual within the organization was excellent, each individual was ver innovative, after the merger with Nokia many things changed many policies changed, now opportunities have become wide open there are lot of things that might change in future and also management is thinking how best they can improve the organization looking forward how best business can be done, taking lot of innovative steps at management level.

very tough to describe.. there is not much transceperancy.. every individual who is still working in projects that were part of Siemens Communication Software earlier are afraid of their future :(
