Big difference on cell phone today and ten years ago - HUGE difference between a cell phone in 2008 and in a 'cell phone' in 2018. Company supports out of box thinking and you are generally empowered to do what it takes to get the job done. No red tape.

In rapid changes in company you are either on main stream of communication or almost blacked out. Processes supporting the business (HR, IT,...) are based on some unflexible template what are very different to main business related processes.
